  • Subscribe to our service
    Click here to subscribe to our service. Once you subscribe, you'll get an email with a link to book your 1-hour staff evaluation call with our founder, Lyamen Savy. That’s how we kick things off. During a brief call with Lyamen, you'll share information about your startup and the challenges you're experiencing. She will collect all relevant data and work with you to design a plan to scale your startup to surpass $10M in annual recurring revenue (ARR). Meet our Founder: Lyamen Savy is a second-time founder. Before Rent C-Suite, she founded 321 Ignition, a SaaS e-commerce platform for car dealerships. She's been in a founder's shoes and has worked at several successful startups, and on a mission to help more startups get past the Series A stage. Lyamen brings over 20 years of digital marketing experience from startups to Fortune 100 companies, and she's an expert at lead generating, customer acquisition, the full lifecycle marketing. Before 321 Ignition, Lyamen led marketing teams and developed growth marketing, product marketing, and corporate marketing programs at Microsoft, CapitalOne, ING DIRECT, HouseValues (IPO then acquired by Zillow), DataSphere (acquired by Sinclaire Broadcast), and Pipeline CRM (acquired by saas.group). Lyamen has been recognized as a “40 Under 40” honoree by Cherokee Media Group and is a sought-after speaker at over 20 industry events, including NIADA, Digital Dealer, and Used Car Week. She has established herself as a thought leader, speaking on topics such as mobile-first UX/UI, lead generation, customer acquisition, digital transformation, ROI optimization, data, and analytics. She has been featured numerous times on webinars and podcasts hosted by David Kain, Glenn Pasch, Tim Cox, Scott Joseph, Herb Anderson, and Joe Overby. Lyamen is a graduate of the University of Washington, one of the top business schools in the nation.
  • Select your executive
    After the staff evaluation call, we will begin searching for an executive who is the best fit for your startup and present you with the most qualified talent that matches your hiring needs. You will then have the opportunity to interview and select your preferred executive.
  • Introduce the executive to your team
    When we find the right executive, they will start scheduling meetings and managing your staff, agencies, and vendors. The executive will report directly to the founder and CEO. Additionally, our subscription plans include regular leadership team update meetings to ensure that everyone is aligned and up-to-date.
